Office365Tech is your guide to moving to Microsoft Office365.

Office365Tech helps small and medium sized businesses (50 users or less) take advantage of modern technology.  If you don’t have in-house IT (Information Technology) professionals and you believe that technology can help you, your employees, and your clients/customers (your business) but you just don’t know how or where to begin… talk to us.  We can help.  We can help you utilize all the software and devices you have already purchased, while also helping you move into the cloud with Microsoft Office365.  And most important of all, we are very effective at explaining things so you can understand them, without all the tech jargon.

The first step is simple.  Contact us.  Tell us what you want to do, where you want to go, what your needs are, how you visualize working.  We call this part, “discovery”.  Once we understand your goals, we can take the second step.

After you have explained to us your goals and how you foresee your technology working, we can take the next step.  In this step, we are going to ask you a lot of questions.  Questions like:  What devices do you have? (Smart Phones, Tablets, Touch Screen Laptops, Regular Laptops, Desktops, etc.).  We are going to want to understand how things work now, and a lot more.  It is during this step that we will attempt to make as few assumptions as possible, and fully comprehend your vision for how you want things to work, while attempting to keep your costs down, and prevent duplication of purchases on software and devices.

In the third step, we will provide you with a plan for how to move forward with us, including a quote for our services.  Our services will usually include an explanation of the tasks we will undertake, the amount of time we expect it to take to accomplish the tasks.  Lastly, we also provide you with a reasonable set of expectations for the amount of training time that you will want, once the solutions are deployed.
